I feel that housekeeping should have removed the contents of the first room, and when we were reissued...

The other thing the pool is across the street at another hotel they own. We were only going to Universal Studios and are seniors, but if you had kids it might matter to you. "This is a low-security hotel on a main drag in a very urban location. There is no human reception desk, just a screen where a remote worker checks you in. No flip locks or dead bolts on the doors, and the main doors are always open (not key-accessed). I came back after a late night, and found myself walking into an empty hotel that anyone could walk into, with no front desk person watching who was coming and going, walking down a long hallway by myself, then entering a room with no flip lock....
