"This hotel was easy to find. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area when I asked for a specific type of food location. They immediately suggested a few places down the road breakfast was a bit carbohydrate heavy, but a wonderful variety, and my family and I found what we needed to fuel for the day. The room was clean and the air-conditioning worked great. The only downside was the interior of the hotel seemed out of date."

"The staff are very helpful The food was good, warm food was warm and cold food was cold. The Room was comfortable and clean. The pool was not heated and thus it was ice cube cold. Kids - liked the pool. Adults - we need to be pampered. The cushions that you sit on in the dining room need a good cleaning, as well as under the tables."

"Room was clean and updated, checkin and check out was easy, staff was nice, breakfast area was small but was ok. Restaurants and stores are close by. Water Conservation Garden and Heritage of the Americas Museum were close by. Online the property looks nicer but overall our stay was pleasant."

"It was a small motel which was great so not a lot of traffic. The room was nice and clean and the ac worked great. Close to food places."

"Peaceful stay for 3 young girls but main door to our room had to be slammed in order for it to latch we came back to the room a couple times and seen we left it open. Spiders kept popping up throughout the stay in our bed, bathroom, and sink we finally looked up and cobwebs were pretty much everywhere on ceiling. Other than that would stay again due to great scenery and amenity’s provided just a heads up if those things bother you."

"All in one getaway. No reason to leave the property once you get there. Great food and vibes. The staff is delightful. Can’t wait to go back."

"The bed sheets were dirty and had large stains on them. In addition, the unit next to mine played loud music from 1:00 AM until 3:00 AM. I contacted the management several times, but no action was taken. As a result, I was unable to sleep at all during the night. I checked in at 10:00 PM and left at 6:00 AM without getting any sleep. This was a very disappointing experience."

"Absolutely awful. We tried to check in and they claimed our booking was cancelled, even though expedia showed we still had it. They apparently we already full, so they did us a "favor" and showed us their disability accommodation room that they normally save for guests who need it. We walked in and it wreaked of cigarettes, the towels, sink, and tub were dirty, and there were stains on the bed. We walked out and found a new place. Don't waste your money here."

"It was very roomy. Need to fix elevator a little bit. Breakfast could have been better."

"The room was clean. We asked for cleaning service every other day. No one came. Had to ask for clean towels. The shower rod was loose so the curtain kept slipping causing water to get on the floor. The screws were coming up on the trim between the floor and the carpet so we had to put a towel to cover them so we didn't trip or stub a toe on them. The pool didn't look very clean. Wasn't filthy though. The room was small, but since we were using it just to sleep, it was okay."
