"I didn't like that the office clerk question me about my support dog even though I showed her the dogs support ID, asked me how my dog learned to be support dog. She charged me $100 more in case something went wrong with the room staying there. We travel alot, no one ever charges us. I'm a 78 year old diabetic and need my 9 lb dog with me. Also the radios plugs for our phones did not work. The cleaning ladies were not friendly either."

"My father sustained some type of bug bites or flea bites. He had welts all over his thighs. The guest upstairs was walking back and forth very loudly for 5 hours straight during the night. They also didn't seem to carry plant-based milks. Overall, my experience at this hotel was not great. I felt very disappointed."

"The room was clean. The electrical outlets leave something to be desired, especially the ones next to the bed because they would not keep my wall charger in place to charge my phone. The shower door would not stay closed and would slide open a few inches for some reasons. There was an odor coming from the bathroom sink, the drain pipe might need to be cleaned. Breakfast was okay. The staff was friendly and positive."

"I was actually very disappointed at the hotel. The grounds, room and bathrooms were all OK but definitely showed ware. Most disappointing was coming back to the hotel at 11:45pm and finding zero parking spaces because FIVE trucks were parked taking up over 30 spaces. "The staff was unprofessional about letting me know that there was a $100 deposit that was not mentioned beforehand. The place is surrounded by unhygienic people who are living on the streets leaving out all of their tents and clothing and other miscellaneous trash everywhere. I felt unsafe. The window wasn't even locked. I will never stay at a Ramada/ Wyndham Hotel again. Ever."

"Great staff. Very nice. Did find one cockroach in the room. And a few hairs on the bed, it is a bit noisy from the traffic being right off the main road. But other than that overall was a decent place for the affordability."

"A really fun hotel to stay in however if you’re planning a quiet and relaxing stay I probably would not recommend this hotel. The walls were very thin so I could hear my next-door neighbor up the music and every word in their conversation. And then on the other side of my room, I could hear clearly a toddler banging on everything and screaming. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were great and the food was good."

"It was extremely dirty and broken down. One of the beds was completely caved in on one side and the other squeaked at every turn. There were stains all over the floor and the parking lot was a mess."
