"Loved staying at this resort, my friend and I had an amazing time! Room was clean and refreshed daily, bar included that we barely touched lol. The drinks were a little stale though. The pools were a time! Staff for the most part were so kind, welcoming and fun! Drinks made pretty well. Not a major drinker and dk names, so appreciate the drinks they made when I said “surprise me”. Definitely check out the swim up bars! Water park is fun, family-friendly and there’s an area good for adults as well. There are 7 restaurants on site, tried 6, all but 1 were really good. My main complaint is that the room I booked was supposed to come with $780 credit per room per stay, however, when we got to the resort, it was not explained well. We did not find out until the second to last day that the credit was actually just a bunch of coupons (< $600 worth) to different activities, spa, and things, and not credit to use as we please. This was super disappointing, and it was too late to use any of them. Other than that, I enjoyed my experience overall, did not let that ruin it. "

"We just came back from our trip this morning! What a great time we had my only complaint is the way to the beach.. we know is a public beach but staff from the hotel should help maintain the cleanliness on the way from the hotel to the beach.. unfortunately is surrounded by outsiders that are offering their services which I think is a bit too much but is just uncomfortable to walk to the beach with dirty bottles and other stuff . If that’s illegal for these people to offer their business right out of the hotel just keep calling the police so they don’t keep harassing the hotel clients."
