"Surprisingly comfortable hotel, especially the bed. I was therefore just 8 hours, so ate or drank nothing. But as someone who was once responsible for Hyatt International's training worldwide (20 years in the company), I could not fault my experience. A shame that no one picked up on this fact which I shared in my email to reservations. Not that I wanted an upgrade, but an acknowledgement would have turned an OK stay into something personal. I was just another number. Politely and efficiently handled, yes, but nothing that couldn't have been handled just as well by a robot without a name."
