"The hotel was great. I didn't realize I picked a room without a refrigerator. When I inquired about an upgrade upon checking in, the staff quickly found me a new room and I paid the difference in price. Also, before I could report a clogged sink, the cleaning staff cleared it. The room was nice and the hotel is within walking distance to just about everything in the French Quarter. I hate that I didn't catch her name but the lady at Front Desk was charming and very helpful with all out...

"Staff are so nice, always with a smile. Location is exceptional. Little noisy at night as it is right off Bourbon St. though not so bad it prevented sleep. "
