"The beds are super comfortable and the shades made the room dark at night hence we had amazing sleeps. Although we do bring our own pillows :)
We didn’t use any amenities except I hung out in the lobby two mornings in a row. It was a little chilly every time someone went in or out but quite comfortable.
This is a dog friendly hotel and there were so many little/medium sized dogs wandering around with their owners (always on leash) it was such a joy."

"At $350/night expected a better experience. Unhappy with: coffee service had no tea bags. Not everyone drinks coffee when I went down to the desk to ask if I could get some tea, I was told it is no longer provided. I had to go pay for tea at the Starbucks.
The sheets are very starchy and noisy.
The TV was located to the right of the bed. Not a comfortable position to be able to watch.
Considering the price of the room also not happy about charging an additional $10 to park in their lot, which...

"The office manager Linsel went out of her way to help me. She could tell that I was flustered by my long trip, she kept smiling and personally did things for me. In all my many travels over the years I have never experienced such an amazingly wonderful person that put me first ahead of all her duties. Linsel made my long journey a great success ❤️"
