"Hotel is right across from the Grand Batam mall which is argulably the newest and best mall in Batam. There are multiple massage and spa establishments nearby, and it is about a 15 minute cab ride from the ferry terminal. Hotel is new and feels that way. Only gripe I had was that the aircon didn't seem to get cold enough, and there was a strange smell in the lobby. "

"The check in is smooth. Staff are fluent in English which makes the whole communication very clear. The room is clean and tidy. Toilet is clean too. The only problem is the basin is a bit too small. "

"Had a pleasant stay here. Location was very near to harbour bay ferry terminal (walking distance). Check-in was swift. Prior to our arrival, I received a message on WhatsApp from concierge if there’s anything they can assist (tip top service). Room was nicely done up as per our remark. Room nice and clean, spacious. We love the overall experience. This is a very quiet area, away from the main road and we personally find it to be very peaceful. Also, they have quite a number of convenience...
