"We had to wait till 3pm they said our room wasn't ready till then. The reception area is nice with fancy paintings etc. Our room was outdated and roller blind in bathroom had bit mould on. I wouldn't stay here again as too many steps to climb to get there."

"The room was clean but a bit smaller than I am used to in The Royal. There is no parking at The Royal but there is paid for parking nearby. I didn't have a decent view. It was overlooking the middle square if the hotel."
