"While the price plays a significant factor, its proximity to eateries and shopping is also quite convenient. I rate it "Average" because privacy can be compromised due to uninsulated walls between rooms, and you can practically hear conversations from the next room. "There is no on site staff. Communication is bad. Due to the traveling, we missed the email on the door code. So when we arrived, we called 3 times and emailed 2 times but no answer and that was between 3pm to 4pm. We asked around and figured out via Expedia, your website and searched all our emails. Finally we were able to get into the property - an hour and half after arriving. The shower room did not have a hand rail - concerning the safety. "

"We had a wonderful stay in this condo. It had everything we needed for a fun Hawaiian beach vacation. They stocked it with beach chairs, a cooler, and even a boogie board. The kitchen had everything we needed, although we didn't cook that much. Management was super responsive whenever we had any issues. It was just enough space for our family of four. The beach was just steps away and the pool was also very nice. "
