"Hot tub was broken and seems to have been for awhile, obviously this is an important feature to be missing. Some of the extras like chairs and umbrellas are not in great condition, although they were nice to have. The breakfast offerings were fine although I wouldn't call it a bed and breakfast. The kitchen was nice and the bathrooms and showers were good. Our room, the Hibiscus suite, was very nice with a comfy bed and pillows and a mini fridge. "What a fantastic hotel! I travelled to Maui with my husband and two children aged 5 & 8. Upton arrival the valet helped with our bags, gave the children and us gorgeous necklaces and check-in was quick! I didn’t like that the room we received was such a stretch to walk to so came back and the really helpful manager, despite being almost at full capacity moved us to a higher room category with a beautiful partial ocean view. "This was a beautiful villa across the street from the grand wailea. Booking included full use of the resort, which was excellent. Included was a shuttle service with uber-like app that we could use to go anywhere within a 1 mile radius. This was a great stay"
