"We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff is wonderful, kind, and very helpful for getting around Hakuba! It’s very close to Goryu and several restaurants. They also serve dinner and breakfast there if you don’t want to go out, and the food truck outside is a big plus. It was great to have a quiet accommodation near the slopes. The dry room has a spot to place your ski equipment as well. "

"Close access to the ski slopes. Property and room is a little rundown and old compared to as advertised. Hot water was not working but staff accommodated me to another room. Room has poor noise isolation so you can hear your neighbors. Toilet seat lid does not stay up! Friendly and helpful staff nevertheless."

"The restaurant option closes at 8pm. Something the staff did not explain upon check in. The bar doesn’t open till 4pm in the afternoon. Again, something the staff did not explain. They don’t have any vending machines with food options. Seriously so no food on site after 8pm and nothing available to eat. They don’t have vending machines with Beer or Liquor options. Unable to use the hotel bar or kitchen after 9pm, very strict on the time, at breakfast you were told at 9-50 that you needed to leave at 10, only seemed to apply to non Japanese customers, they stayed for as long as they wanted.
