"Overall everything was great. I gave it a 4 because we paid for the week of parking and 3/5 days they oversold the parking so we had to park and pay at the zoo. Also bigger vehicles not a good idea as we couldn’t park one of our vehicles here at all due to height. We know for next time to get a smaller car too. But we paid for 5 days of parking and 3/5 days ended up paying somewhere else for parking. Property also didn’t fill our soaps and towels fully each time so we had to ask for...

"Nice clean, comfortable Condo managed by Waikiki Shore by Outrigger. When we arrived, we learned that the management desk had moved to be overseen by another Hotel (The Regency; 5 min walk away). Jacques checked us in - very professional and helpful. Went over all logistics of rental property. We had stayed here before - and it was nice to see the upgrade of the new elevators in the building. Condo was very clean, well kept and great view. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Hawaii."

"detailed instruction on how to check in.. clean property, right on the beach.. a kitchen with everything needed to cook some meals while looking the ocean.. the patio had unobstructed views of the pacific ocean.. close to many of the north shore beaches and not far from honolulu too.. plenty of parking on the property"

"I like the proximity of activities and shopping and restaurant. For staff is hit and miss situation the majority of the staff are very warm and welcome ... but there are exceptions that tarnish the overall experience. The facility has been left behind in comparison with other resort of its kind (Dated). Overall is 4 stars for this resort."
