"Friendly staff, but a bit short on amenities - bring your own body lotion and face soap as none are supplied. The breakfast is protein challenged for those who don't eat pork, and there isn't variety to the cheeses. It presented the same choices everyday for a surprising amount of money, so if you can get by with a continental breakfast there are better choices in the neighborhood. The staff are helpful, and the location is great - I'd definitely recommend a stay there"

"Good location, easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The breakfast was enjoyable, the food and the breakfast room full of quirky items. I arrived to the hotel with some virus and Orianna was very helpful with researching English speaking doctors. Lyon was on my To see list for a few years and it is as wonderful as I imagined."

"Beautiful OLD historic super coolr hotel with modern finishes. Perfect combination! We loved the rooms and interiors. Comfortable bedding. Fantastic location within walking distance of everything in historic old town Lyon. We did enjoy the bar one night but never ate in the restaurant. The breakfast cost about $50 US per person so we didn't partake. Never saw it. Staff were courteous and helpful. "
