"Decent enough room, nice bar good breakfast"

"Very dated rooms & uncomfortable beds no air conditioning or fan. Breakfast only available 8.30 -9 am even though the information card in the room states 8.30-9.30, was told this is only at weekends? So why doesn’t information card state this? Two of us went for breakfast after 9 and was refused. Chef was only able to make a bacon sandwich. Coffee was thick and gloopy and undrinkable . I have never stayed at a B&B with a 30 mins breakfast window. We stayed one night to attend a Wedding at...

"Lovely modern room in restored old building. Staff were helpful, and both dinner and breakfast in the pub were great."

"The most awful place ever !!! I booked this place as it’s not far from where I live and my best friend and new husband were coming from up North to visit myself and my very sick husband who has cancer among other health issues . This place was the scruffiest most awful place I’ve ever in my 66 years of life . "The bar maid was very argumentative. We told her we had a reservation to which she informed us that they do not take reservation for less than 6 people. When the professional gentleman returned he took us to our table which had our room number on it. Furthermore, she proceeded to serve a tall, good looking man who approached the bar way after we had been standing a waiting."

"A very enjoyable 2 night stay. Pleasant locaton, very helpful and polite staff and very enjoyable food. Only comment is that the roomwas really too small to have a king sized bed. Recomended."

"We were greeted by Noah and he served us breakfast each morning and made our stay more pleasant with his cheerfulness. We slept over the Pub and surprisingly had a great nights sleep for all three nights! We were in walking distance of market square and city shopping! Parks close by and Cam river. Enjoyed our stay!"
