Hotel was fine, but the location had nothing to offer. It was in an industrial area, the entrance road was weird and there was no walking near the location.

The location is terrible- the back end of an industrial park. Very dodgy feeling. There was an arrest being made at the front door as we arrived. The first room we were given was already occupied. (I’d be upset if someone was given a key to walk into MY room.) The room was very small. No shelf in the shower for toiletries. Vanity needed a paint job. Entertainment system didn’t work for FireStick plug-in or streaming. Very disappointed as I had ‘splurged’ on a Sheraton because it was Mother’s Day.

Lovely staff, sketchy area and very sketchy people wandering in and out. Restaurant staff are clearly bored and very very slow. Front desk staff, however, are great!

The hotel is superb. The receptionist were very accommodating, friendly and ready to help. The only thing that dismayed me was, the signage of the hotel to enter the hotel from the street is not visible or big enough to see. In entering the hotel, you have to passed commercial building which is very confusing. There should be a signage saying, “ hotel entrance is this way”.
