"Lovely hotel, looks like the photographs. Food was brilliant, I usually dislike buffets however the food was very tasty with variety. Majority of the staff were lovely, however some were very rude. Reception staff (except the porter who was absolutely lovely, always had a smile on his face!) were very rude, didn’t even say bye or asked about our stay at check out. Asked to change our bedsheet one night as the baby had an accident and the staff member sent was extremely rude and was cursing us in...

"Lovely stay over 3 nights. Would have been nice to use the steam room without extra charge.but it’s in the spa section. Normally not s fan of large buffets, but this was really good. For the price paid and the experience we were v happy"
