"Everybody was extremely nice & helpful, the hotel its self was very clean, the food was amazing. If your room is not ready they have a section where they hold onto your luggage for you until your room is available for you as well. The transportation to the parks was also great as well. The only thing that bothered me was how hot the pool water was. It was like taking a bath. Other than that I have no complaints at all."

"We started checking washer & dryer availability at 330pm. We typically never have a problem with the laundry room when traveling but not at this hotel. We stayed in Columbus earlier this year and didnt have a problem. Orlando being a huge hub for international tourists, the hotel needs a laundry room on each floor. With so many international travelers, who don't bring a ton of luggage or 2 weeks of clothing like we do ,we realized we had to strategically plan just to wash our clothes. With only...

"The place was in decent condition, the check in staff was very nice. We needed an extra pillow and basically couldn’t get one because housekeeping said they were leaving for the day in 5 minutes. We went down to the front desk to get one and they said they couldn’t give one because housekeeping had left. So maybe have a way for the other staff to have access to housekeeping items Incase something is needed overnight. Also, the free breakfast buffet was a big let down. Mostly carbs and boiled...
