"Nice property and hotel with good breakfast, but we did not get room service (cleaning, fixing bed, new towels) for 2 of the 3 nights we were there. We had to go down and literally tell them FIX our room. Cost of staying is not cheap so it must be mandatory to fix all rooms every day, no exceptions."

"Everything was excellent except the pool. I wasn't planning on using the pool anyway so it was perfect for me. Pool being 100% visible from the parking lot and swimming like 10-15' from parking is an odd choice for Orlando. Super clean, updated hotel with great staff."

"This place looks great from the outside and the Hilton makes you think quality. This is far from quality. Hallway to the room smells moldy. The bathroom had mold. A tall person has a person will have issues showering. The toilet didn't want to flush. I can go on. One night was more than enough."
