"Maid came in every day we stayed whice was good. The shuttle was more of an inconvenience because it only had 4 departure times to universal and 4 times available for arriving back at the hotel. It would be a leave early before the park closed or late to arrive at Universal sort of situation so we had to pay for parking. Also the hotel did not count for early entry but that's all the issues we had. If you have an annual pass for Universal this hotel is perfect. The staff was wonderful all during...

From the moment we arrived, the staff were outstanding — especially William and Natalie, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
