"We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Charlotte area. It was very clean….our room and other parts of the hotel. We had lunch and dinner there. The food was amazing. Best part of this hotel though is the amazing and professional staff. Definitely will stay here again!"

"Hotel staff is exceptional across the board. The room was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was properly stocked. Unfortunately, only 2 out of 6 of the dryers work, and the elevator has been out of order for approximately one week. Although these issues are out of the control of the hotel staff, they are very apologetic to the guests."

"Staff member at the front desk greeted me with the biggest smile and hello. Very personable, pleasant and provided information about the property without me having to ask any questions. Upon leaving the property I had a minor issue with my exit card, and of course she rectified the issue immediately. As I drove out of the garage, she was standing there waving goodbye and making sure I was ok. OMG! Incredible customer service!!!!! Thank you soooooooo much Alicia! 🤗🙂💐"

"If you're not familiar with the property and the maze of one-way streets in Charlotte it's a real bear to get into the place, especially after driving for 4 hours in the rain at night. The staff was very pleasant and the room was spacious and clean. The bed very comfortable although it was very difficult finding extra pillows.
