"Room was too outdated. Staff were fantastic, Didn’t have to use the hot tub and spa. Parking charges is ridiculously expensive although knew that per booking. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet every day to start our day and had a great time mainly relaxing by the pool and walks on the beach. "

"The resort is self is old, but the location is awesome and most of the people that work. There are very friendly except for one gentleman who is extremely rude. They really need to have their rooms a little bit cleaner."

"Had an amazing view of the pool and ocean. Room was nice. Some minor maintenance issues. Restaurant staff were very friendly and attentive. Food was amazing. I definitely recommend the Polynesian French Toast. Hotel was undergoing remodeling."

"They were very accommodating. We needed a ground floor room because we were traveling with seniors with physical issues. Everything worked out great and having the full kitchen allowed us to work around some diet restrictions and save a little money. "Staff excellent, poke best ever location plus's. Negatives were 1 towl in bathroom when arrived, Worst Bed Ever in over 3000 hotels I finally complained the 3rd day when my back was going out and they replaced the mattress, extra charges galore. AIf this place was remodeled and cleaned up a few issues it I would recommend it but too many issues."

"No one told us of the 40$ a day parking. I went back to Expedia and checked. I was wrong , it said 30$ a day.. I wish the receptionist would’ve told us upon check in. Other than that, it was a beautiful stay!"

"This is our second stay at this property and it is as beautiful as I remembered it. We were quite relaxed as soon as we checked in. We were in a studio with a Murphy bed but it wasn’t too bad as we were out most of the day. Our next door neighbors were quite noisy and we alerted the Front Desk and it was remedied quickly by putting up a sound barrier between the connecting doors. "The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. Parking was easy once we found the unit. Construction in the parking lot. We moved from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom, with ground floor. 6 nights were good once we settled in. My husband has hard time with 20 stairs and carrying luggage!!! We called for help when we first got there. Staff was gracious!!! :)"

"Great place to stay if you are in Kauai! Staff were incredibly helpful and we felt comfortable. The place is gorgeous with great views of the ocean. There isn't a sandy beach that is part of the resort, just a rocky one. However, there is a beach with sand nearby that visitors frequent."
