"The staff are so friendly and go above and beyond so you have the best time! You can chat with them on WhatsApp, which is a game changer because if you need anything they will always be there to help you. You can get your laundry organised with them. You can get Grab orders sent to the lobby and there will be someone there to mind it for you. Every staff member was helpful and made sure that we were taken care of. You could also arrange for airport transport to and from the hotel. We really...

"BEAUTIFUL place to stay in the Old Quarter In real estate they say it's all about location, location, location. In the tourist industry I say it's all about the staff, staff, staff. This place not only is located in a very convenient location in the heart of the Old Quarter, the staff is fantastic! The Manager Philip is a handsome man that runs a tight ship. He is very knowable person and willing to help make your stay memorable. The staff is there to actually serve the traveler needs.. Fun...

"Staff was amazing, they even helped me after check out. Room was very clean and nice. A little bit loud at night but that’s is to be expected in the city. We were generously given earplugs in our room to help."

"The pool bar was not yet constructed and this had not been advertised to us. It was also very loud in our room on the second floor - the street noise made it almost impossible to sleep until after 1am. The rest of the hotel wa beautiful and well maintained."

"Excellent food and staff.very nice hotel"

It’s very nice if you’re solo traveler looking for a bed a shower a toilet this is a good spot. Honestly, this was the most comfortable bed that I stayed on so far on my whole trip and I stayed at some good hotels. It is cheaper. Price will bring certain crowd here but overall safe have a locker to lock your items have a place to...
