Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel unweit der bekannten Train Street. Zimmer sehr geräumig und sehr schön eingerichtet mit Obstteller zur Begrüßung. Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Den einen Punkt Abzug gibt es leider für das Frühstück sehr eingeschränkt und aufpreispflichtige Eier und Kaffeespezialitäten.

Hotel was lovely and the facilities were great, the staff were extremely helpful sorting Sims and taxis etc. within easy walking distance of the train street and old quarter and equally as easy to access the museums and other attractions. The restaurant is good but more expensive than you would generally pay in Hanoi and the sky bar make nice cocktails and have nice beer on tap. All around great experience.

Love the fact it is in Old Town, walking distance to many,many shops and Train Street. Many sight seeing features close by. Exceptional customer service. Maybe a bit tired in certain areas, but really the important thing is that it is clean and customer service is great.

What a beautiful hotel. Only stayed one night. Got upgraded free drink at the bar. After communication with the hotel from Jane for a hotel transfer, I found her to be fast at connecting and organising. The pool, bar and restaurant are top notch. Staff super friendly and welcoming. Ein herausragendes Boutique-Hotel im Herzen von Hanoi! Ein wunderschönes Hotel mitten in Hanoi. Die Zimmer sind stilvoll und sehr sauber, das Frühstück lecker und abwechslungsreich. Besonders das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und aufmerksam – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Spa, Pool und Sky-Bar runden den Aufenthalt perfekt ab.
