They got you feeling like a King and/or Queen here. I aint giving them a 5/5 for no reason on each checklist. The assistance and care given is immaculate. There's someone to open the front door, complimentary drinks refreshments are provided while you wait, and a small moist towel was offered to clean yourself up. Upon my arrival and final day, the helpers came out to assist with me and my friend’s luggage out/in the taxi. They were also sincere and accommodative when it came through questions...

GRAND du LAC is situated in a prime location, right in the heart of the Old Quarter and next to the St Joseph Cathedral. The ambiance is elegant, with beautiful architecture and top-notch services. The staff is friendly and professional, the rooms are exquisite, and the prices are reasonable. My only choice of hotel in Hanoi.

I had a very enjoyable stay at the hotel. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. The room was comfortable, the bed was soft and cozy, which made my stay very relaxing.
