"Nice hotel, well-maintained. The shuttle service on international arrivals is a problem. When arriving at the International F concourse, there is no direct shuttle service to the hotel. Therefore, you waste 45 minutes taking an airport shuttle from the F gates back to the domestic gates, which passes right in front of the property, simply to wait for and take another shuttle to the hotel (or spend $30 on an Uber). "Very friendly and accommodating staff. They picked us up from the airport and took us to the airport in the early morning. The bedding was very comfortable and luxurious. Amenities were nice. There was a restaurant where we ordered a nice dinner. It was close to the airport. I called from the airport to confirm pickup by the shuttle. We had a great experience."

"The hotel was nice and clean. The staff very friendly. My only issues are that they mention having 2 restaurants and they do not. They have one small restaurant that only serves breakfast. And weather was in the 80's all weekend and the pool was closed (not opened until next weekend). But the pool area is very nice and well maintained. Overall a very pleasant staff. Mr. Matthew was very nice and accommodating."

"it was in a good location. However, the rooms were very old looking, bathroom toilet didn’t flush, wallpaper peeling off the wall and they charge for parking $25 per night. No breakfast included so for the price it really wasn’t like ideal."
