"Everything was great, from the staff to the breakfast. We loved the area and all the nearby restaurants. Everything was clean. My only two, very small complaints, are that they told us breakfast went until 10am but they shut it down every morning just before 9:30am; and the gate to exit the property malfunctioned multiple times. You could not exit. The gate would not open. We, and others, had to exit through the entrance gate multiple times, even the day after I told the front desk it wasn't...

"Very clean, friendly staff and convenient accommodation. Hadn’t planned to spend the night in Atlanta, but a last minute flight delay required a late night check-in. Shuttle was prompt and friendly as was the front desk. Would definitely recommend. Got a good nights sleep."

"Convenient airport shuttle. Room was clean but the thermostat didn’t keep the room cool. However it met our needs for the evening. The staff was very professional under stressful circumstances (30 cranky people in the lobby based on flight cancellations)."

"Staff were wonderful. Hotel needs some love. Colours of room make it very dark. Hideabeds are done need replacing. Exact same breakfast every day. Told we were in unsafe area to walk to restaurants. "

"Room had broken inside bathroom door handle that trapped my inside. We mistakingly booked the wrong day and paid again for a new night and asked the manager to refund us for the accidental date in the future we had booked in accident. The manager absolutely failed to reply to any attempts at contact. So the manager is the worst part of this motel. The property lists a pool for the kids to play in. Upon arrival we found it is closed for all of winter including March. "

"Im surprised because this is my second time staying at this hotel. It was a great experience. This time wasnt good at all. The room i was assigned to smelled like mold the AC wasnt working correctly. The fridge had old food frozen inside, there was moldnin the shower. They didnt change my room until Friday night. The second room was better and the front desknnight women was very nice and respectful to me. "

"The room was clean and amenities including toiletries were appreciated. You can tell the cleaning crew adds extra effort and small touches to make you feel welcome. Location is great with walking to restaurants and convenience stores and easy uber access. Friendly staff and rooms are spacious. "

"Check in was very pleasant. We were even able to check in earlier than the check in time which helped us change our clothes and leave our luggage in a room before heading to the city. Thanks."

"Great hotel near the airport. The pool was a hit with my children, only concern I have was the room wasn’t clean very well. The towels were stained and the sinks/tubs had a lot of debris in it. "
