"We have been staying at The Feathers fairly frequently over the past 5 years, as it is very close to where our family live. The hotel accommodation is very basic, but adequate for our needs. On this last visit we were appalled that when returning to our room after a day out, it had not been made up or cleaned. This is not the first time this has happened. "The staff was excellent at the One Tun. We had to extend our stay at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances and the staff was so accommodating. We really appreciate that they were able to keep us in the same room with barely any notice. The hotel itself is roomy and clean and the location is excellent. Farringdon Station and the Elizabeth line are a two minute walk from the rooms and made getting around the city so easy. If you have any trouble climbing stairs, you should reconsider...
