"Well when we arrived the codes they assigned us did not work, not even the codes to the lock box. We called and emailed and couldn’t get a hold of anyone for over an hour. Once they called us it was great, the place needs abit of pest control. We walked into a house full of nats. The remote controls to the the tvs didn’t work due to dead batteries of being so old the batteries leaked. Oh and the dryer doesn’t work because it appears someone wired it up wrong. "This property accepted same day bookings but then declined to allow access for 72hrs or two business days. They originally said access would be allowed after 2 hours and took our damage deposit. After we paid the damage deposit they declined to let us in until after our check out day so they could confirm funds that were sent arrived in their bank account even though it was credit card through Expedia. Since we couldn’t use the property we requested a refund and they declined. We never stepped...
