"The staff was brilliant - the hotel decor and design was pleasing. I was in room 221 and the colors and space of the bath was great (I mentioned this to my wife as soon as we walked in) - but my shower did have mold discolored caulk around the bottom of the shower and that is one thing that customers notice and have problems with. Otherwise it was a great room, facility and staff (everyone we interacted with from front desk, managers and shuttle drivers were great)."

"This was a great place to stay. We only had one concern when we got to our room, we noticed it had an adjoining door inside, so we were a little hesitant about that because we did not ask for adjoining rooms, and as a safety precaution, we did not want any unexpected visitors. Upon asking the front desk clerk, he assured us the door was not able to be used for they had securely and permanently fastened them shut and also inserted a metal partition between this door and the one in the next room...

"There was a tiny problem with the only elevator not working briefly but it was corrected promptly. The Breakfast Buffet was OUTSTANDING! I've NEVER seen such a HUGE selection to choose from at a hotel! Amazing!! The member of out party who used the pull out sofa bed reported that it was not really very comfortable but those things rarely are. Overall a really great stay. Oh yes, wanted to note how nice it it to have a 3pm check in time (instead of 4pm that most places enforce) AND a 12 Noon...

"I have lovely stay a this cozy hotel room-- it was the perfect retreat. The space was thoughtfully designed, clean, and inviting, with just the right touches to make it feel like home. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the quiet atmosphere made for a restful night's sleep.
