Our room was not ready for 3 guests: it took more than an hour to receive extra towel, robe and coffee, did not get extra cup. The housekeeper was very unfriendly when was asked for extra cup.

We were in the newly renovated room facing the lake. It was awesome! I quickly regretted booking for just 1 night. It has a $150 deposit and $15 parking fee per night.

We were able to check into the room early so that was nice. The view was nice. There was no remote for the AC unit (suite 2) the fireplace would fall right out. The smoke detector went off in our room, I think because another suite set their smoke detector off. I messaged the staff via Expedia app ...
