"Clean rooms .no ocean vuew and did not use hot tub. It was nit close to our room so not used .also nit used was the indoor pool .Rooms were great .Had everything we needed"

"Wonderful place with great views. Property was located on a private beach with an outdoor and indoor pool and hot tub. Also there was a fire pit which was great to sit by at the end of our day. The staff was wonderful very helpful, particularly Yolanda and Eve who truly made our stay great. Would definerly go back again."

"We loved Edgewater in April! The 2bdrm suite was so spacious. We had 2 parents, 2 four yr olds, and 2 grandparents and we all fit great. The twin room and both the queen room are big enough to blow up the toddler travel beds in the rooms. We have stayed at the soundings next door and their 2bdrm suite isn’t as big as edgewater. We have also stayed at By The Seas on this strip too and prefer Edgewater if you want to bring that many people and want an indoor pool for the off season. The kitchen was well appointed here. Would definitely stay again! "

"Pelham House has done an excellent job of redoing this hotel! From the very comfortable beds to the high end amenities, everything was top notch. The location was great, with quick and easy access to both the Upper and Lower Cape. Thank you!"

"There was no one in the office and the office was locked when I got there. I had to call a number and wait 20 minutes for someone to come check me in. There was a pass code you had to press into the doorknob to unlock the door. The code was the room number three times (room 23, unlock code 232323) and no dead bolt. Poor security. The furniture was old and mismatched and the room smelled very moldy. There was no cable television, you had to use your own logins for streaming apps to watch tv. There was no “do not disturb” sign. Check out was at 11 yet they knocked on my door and woke me up at 8:30. I would never stay there again and I would actively advise others not to either. "

"Very clean. Staff was awesome. I dropped my phone in the snow. We had a major snowstorm and the staff was so good helping me find it. They even cleaned off my car during the night and plowed me out. It is a great place to stay."

"I was in town for a wedding & we couldn’t have picked a better place. The cutest area with tons of history & the nicest owners you could ever meet. They were so kind & helpful. the room was exceptionally clean & was tucked above the tavern. I wish we got to try their restaurant but we will definitely be back! "
