"Bar staff were nice"

"Friendly, helpful staff. Tasty breakfast. Great location. Close to train station and Tube. Cool gathering place pub down the street and an awesome rooftop bar close."

"Friendly staff, I booked this hotel and when checking in they took us to our room which was in the building next to them with a different name. Hotel has a strong odor. Beat down hotel"

"We booked a twin room, and it was small but cozy, had all the amenities you could need. The breakfast was excellent and the service staff were exceptional."

"All good"

"Clean room"

"Hotel room included individual thermostats. Staff was exceptionally helpful and responsive. Breakfast staff was amazing and everything perfectly prepared and presented! Lift to rooms stairs down to the breakfast hall. Fridge and microwave also a safeIn the room. Shower door was located touching the sink made for a tight squeeze. Overall Highly recommended."

"My room was on the top floor and there were a lot of stairs. It was updated nicely but was small and you had to go through the outside bar to get to the rooms. I only saw the staff when I checked in. Not sure if anyone was there overnight, but it didn’t seem like it."

"スタッフに問題がある。こちらの要望が伝わらなかったのが残念です"

"Noisy neighbours, couldnt sleep"
