"The front desk team are lovely. The breakfast is interesting - everything is cold.. We popped the 'please make up my room' sign on twice during our visit and it was just ignored however when we didnt put up the sign we came back to a clean room. Depending on what you order dinner can be really good. We had 2 lovely servers. A 20 min walk towards the Tivoli, shopping and tour activities. "

"Excellent location, very close to both train and metro. Many restaurants and coffee places around. The only downside is that the hotel does not have an elevator and our room was on the last floor so it was a challenge to bring the luggage up."

"Rooms are very small, ery little space beyond the bed and two single mattresses are not comfortable. The rain shower was unusable due to poor design. It was impossible not to splash water everywhere. Had to use the sprayer. Had to open windows to cool the room and it was noisy. In a good location but it needs a major makeover. Breakfast was ok but the coffee machine made weak lukewarm beverages regardless of which option was chosen."

"Room was clean and staff was phenomenal. Property does need maintenance though. Stained carpets and marks on walls would be easily fixed. I cannot reiterate how incredible the staff is. Also, location is ideal for being close to almost everything."

"Fabulous hotel. Stayed 6 nights. Breakfast was best we have experienced. Large selection and everything organic and top quality. Staff helpful and courteous. Great bed and high quality linens and towels and great eco-toiletries in room. Very quiet rooms set back from street. Great restaurants and grocery store close by. Great location - 10 min walk from Central Station. Can't say enough good things about this hotel. "

"A nice unit in a great location right by the City Center, literally across the street from a Metro station. Everything as advertised. No staff on site but staff was very responsive via text when needed. So why a 4 instead of 5? It is located on a busy street, and while the traffic was expected, there were a few nights where it was hard to sleep because the cars stopped at the adjacent traffic light regularly had their music extremely loud until 2 or 3 AM. Not the unit owner's fault, but just be...
