"Communication was excellent and check-in was very easy. We had a ground floor room, which was what we needed, but I think the second floor would have a view of the bay. Our lanai had a hammock and lots of visiting birds. The room itself was thoughtfully appointed. When you enter the kitchenette was to the left with a microwave, coffee maker, electric cooktop and full-size refrigerator. "Expedia never supplied access to the property, even after multiple calls. Property manager was no where to be found. Expedia call center didn't help or find me and my guest another place to stay, even though they said the would. I found another place to stay on my own for double what I paid Expedia. Sadly, Expedia never offered to pay for it nor have they refunded my money for the original reservation they didn't fulfill. "
