"The room was very clean and the ocean view was spectacular.
The property was well maintained but seemed somewhat dated. For the price of our stay, I was expecting more.
There appeared to be a shortage of staff. Service was slow. We had to ask multiple times to get fresh towels and hand soap. There was only one wait staff member working in the bar at peak hours. She was very good but she had far too many tables to handle."

"Room was good size, door was sticky and a light did not work. It was fixed but stopped a few hours later. Great sunsets from all the restaurants. Spa was a nice experience. Snorkel rent is convenient. Grounds are lovely. Restaurants are expensive and the food is ok but not great. Room service is not available until 7:15 am. Menu says 6:30 but that’s when they start not when you can get food. There is a deli on the grounds that you can go to that opens earlier."
