"Pros: beautiful pool that is very kid friendly with water slides and sandy fake beach pool. Daily room cleaning was excellent. Beautiful landscaping and grounds. Having a kitchen was great. Cons: some friendly staff, but many staff didn’t seem very friendly. Many don’t say hello or even smile, especially at the pool. Beware of hidden fees. We got the “included”breakfast but it was only for 2 people (kids are not free and cost an extra $14 each). The resort is far from the beach and other food...

"Beautiful beach! Enough lounge chairs. We used the cabanas two days. Food and drinks are good. Any issue you needed help with was immediately taken care of. Did not like that one guest had two big Doberman dogs on property off leash. The energy was a little scary also. We turned around and didn’t use the hot tub that night. "

"The property grounds were beautiful and serene. We were so happy we chose this place outside the hustle and bustle of Hilo. The trip into Hilo was about 20 minutes, but the drive was beautiful and worth the peacefulness of the property. There were many sites to see within a few miles, such as Akaka falls and the Botanical Gardens."
