"The room was clean and inviting with a great balcony overlooking the bay. The downstairs restaurant and bar were great! The poll could use an update and was hard to find. The coffee in the bar area in the morning was wonderful! The location was perfect for sightseeing in and around Hilo. We also enjoyed the trees on Banyon Drive."

"The lagoon was amazing!! I do suggest putting more public showers that people can wash up in around the property. The hotel room was extremely spacious as well. One thing I do suggest is making it more handicap accessible and easier to walk around with large suitcases. Overall really good resort!!!"

It’s very difficult for someone with disabilities to go back and forth from our room to the main area. We made our concerns known to Kai but he said there was nothing he could for us.
