"Facility was great, had our room cleaned every day of our 5days stay, our flight landed in SYD early (9am) and we were able to check in early at no extra costs, this was a deal breaker for me given we were tired and just needed a rest after a 45mins delayed with our flight before landing, staff members are always helpful and made it so effortless to cater to our needs and requests.
