"1. Ordered 2 things from off the menu from the restaurant. They got the order wrong. 2. Checked in. Received room key. Room was dirty and beds not made up. 3. Received a key card for a new room. Card did not open door to the room."

"Great place to stay. I expected a lot less. The room was small but the bathroom was roomy. The check in was easy and the woman who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. The price was a bit high but Saturday in Milford, it’s not herd to understand. The room was very clean and the property is well kept. The owners take pride in their motel. Glad I stayed."

"We were greeted by the owners, John and Linda and given a tour and history of the building. The room that we stayed in was very clean, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was nice and modern. The breakfast was gourmet! Homemade waffles, bacon, a poached pear, arugula salad with kiwi and blueberries and homemade cinnamon scones with lemon curd and clotted cream! Decadent to say the least. "We stayed two nights at this property, it is not a hotel at all, it is rooms for stay. The location is not in a great part of Middletown and looks nothing like the outside photo that is in the listing, and I was not comfortable leaving the property by myself. The first night we returned back, the front door to the building was wide open, we were scared to enter the building, and someone was parked in our designated space. "Really enjoyed our stay at this charming Inn. We stayed in the top floor unit which was a large two bedroom apartment with full kitchen. Large living room and dining area. The staff at both check in and at the restaurant was very pleasant and helpful. Was not cheap but was a lot of room for the money. "This place hasn’t had an update since the 70’s. We needed a bed for the night..so it was fine. Staff was friendly, air conditioning worked well."
