"First time ever, and have stayed at this location several times, I had to pay $7.00 a night to park. Keep in mind this was ON TOP of daily room cost of $293.33. I will think twice about returning. Additionally the room was filthy, carpet looked like it had never been cleaned, dishes left in dishwasher (this was never the experience in past stays). Each day front entrance mopped but... after mopping walked through my sandles made tacking noise as if never cleaned. Very disappointing stay."

"The staff was incredibly polite and helpful. It was an enjoyable stay, but the reason for the low rating is because the room that I stayed in was infested with bedbugs. I didn’t think to check the bed before I went to sleep, but when I woke up the next morning with red bumps all over my leg, it forced me to inspect the bed a little bit closer. As I pulled back the sheets, I saw the unmistakable red dots on the bedsheets, which were indications of several bedbugs that had gorged themselves with...

"Located in a quiet and convenient area to get on freeways , staff was helpful and friendly, the only downer was the bathroom fixtures are very dated and had a some difficulty"

"it was the cutest cleanest lil place., very quiet. I enjoyed my stay."

"Ok hotel for the money"

"Stains in bed sheets, hallway smelled like urine. Had"

"I needed a quick no frills place to lay my read, shower and work. This place met all of those needs at a reasonable price."

"Dear Expedia Customer Service, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent hotel reservation at the Heritage Inn. Unfortunately, the room was in unacceptable and unsanitary condition. The toilet was loose, the floor was very dirty, the room had a horrible odor, and the bed was in disgusting condition. Due to these circumstances, I felt uncomfortable staying in the room and ultimately decided to leave without staying overnight. I paid for a reservation expecting a clean,...

"The food taste like your grandma was in the kitchen, and the cleanliness was exceptional. Only drawback was the lackluster business center."

"Everything was great we enjoyed our stay there"

"The hotel was nice and in a nice neighborhood! Parking was included in my stay but breakfast wasn’t. I chose to pay for the breakfast there but it seemed sort of like a hassle. The breakfast wasn’t the best but I was on the go for work. The staff isn’t the friendliest but the hotel was nice and clean. I will say, Byron checked me in and he was helpful and kind! It was more so the staff the next day that seemed to busy to tend guests and were rushing around."

"This property had everything you need!! The staff was incredibly friendly. The rooms are so spacious and every room has a full size fridge, which is helpful if traveling with kids or family. Very well maintained. I love the available Dove body wash & lotion. I’m impressed by such a good brand. This hotel is sooooooo clean!!!! I wish all hotels were this clean & comfy. Checking in was a breeze. The breakfast is delicious. I can’t say enough!"
