"Room was well proportioned and clean. Breakfast had a great selection and the staff were laid-back, calm and relaxed. They conveyed a sense of calm to the whole property really. "

"The room was freezing and the radiator couldn’t warm it up. The air conditioning only works from April to October so it was a bit of a letdown. I think this hotel might be confused about its location, perhaps thinking it’s in Manchester rather than the Costa del Sol. The check-in staff weren’t friendly or welcoming. It felt like an inconvenience to them that I was arriving late. The breakfast options were limited and mostly consisted of full English breakfasts. The coffee tasted watery and there were no fresh juices. Overall, the hotel is dated and needs a refresh. For example, the bed was bouncy and you could feel the springs."
