"Second time staying here & overall another positive experience. It's a great hotel, with excellent facilities if you are a cyclist and with a perfect location in Oudenaarde. Only downside on this visit, we stayed 3 nights & the room was serviced but no coffee, milk etc replenished. Also the fire alarm went off in the night and people were evacuating themselves, no staff available to help or explain. Then after standing outside for 10 minutes the alarms stopped. Still no staff explanation. Not...

"Accommodatie erg netjes, mooie grote kamers. Wc in dezelfde ruimte was een minpunt. Jammer dat er ook geen toiletborstel was. Parkeren was belachelijk: 20 euro per 24 uur, zeker omdat het ook niet mogelijk was om in de buurt gratis te parkeren. Ontbijt was op zaterdag oké (we waren vroeg en alles was aanwezig) Zondag slecht. Het was druk en een groot deel was op en werd te laat aangevuld. Aangezien ik dit al eerder heb gelezen vraag ik me af of ze in dit hotel leren van de feedback."

"Habitué de cette hôtel, la nuit a été catastrophique ! Impossible de dormir ! Un vacarme infernale , à l'étage , au dessus et en dessous ! L'hôtel est devenu le repère de tout les fêtards de Bruxelles ! Plusieurs appels à la réception non servi à rien ! A fuir si vous voulez du repos !"

"It’s a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast is excellent with a great variety of food. The hotel is in a good location but not so close to the main attractions of the city. A 25 or 30 minute walk which is ok for us. We used taxi many times to save time."

"This hotel was in a pretty good location but the hotel itself was super cute and chic, very well maintained and the staff were exceptionally helpful!!! Free coffee was a bonus but as a tourist we were trying to figure things out and make plans and the staff were exceptional! Highly recommend!"

"Very stylish hotel in the perfect location in Brussels. Close to the city centre with lots of great food options and shopping close by. Room was surprisingly spacious and had nice big shower. Would definitely stay here again. Mini fridge in room with coffee maker and each floor had a water dispenser. "

"Great hotel, location & helpful staff. Easy walking to dining, shopping and local trains. Comfortable bed, but at 6’ tall, bedding covered shoulders or feet! Lovely small dining room, good food… but enjoy the international dining options within 10 min walk. Be aware the gym is very small. Overall, enjoyed our stay."

"The location appears to be in an area that is in progress, it is a bit out of central Brussels but easily accessible by tram which is right outside the door. Breakfast was good (extra cost), although we weren’t charged for my granddaughter on one day then charged the next, got a bit of attitude from the waitress when confronted. Weird issue with the credit card being declined at check in. The restaurant/bar is noisy at night but we couldn’t hear it in our room. Beds were comfortable and...

"Very clean, very interesting and comfortable accommodations. Staff were excellent, room was spacious and clean and the breakfast was wonderful. This property is one of a kind, with a very eclectic and artistic vibe. This might not be everyone's thing, but I thought it was fantastic!!"
