"Spacious family room, very clean and welcoming. Plenty of tea/coffee in the room. Breakfast was included at the adjoining pub very friendly and helpful staff with fantastic food."

My only criticism would be that a lot of tables had reserved signs on them but when we asked about them we were told we could use them as they were 'not really' reserved ? It was only in case they needed to use them?"
"Spacious clean double room, very comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with a relaxing rainfall shower. The room also had iron and ironing board - nicely practical.
All in all a very pleasant and comfortable 4 day stay.

However, one concern was the presence of dead flies on the restaurant’s window sill. Given the warm weather, this issue should have been addressed promptly to maintain cleanliness

Only negative. No air conditioning, but we asked for a fan and we were given a large fan on a stand, which was sufficient.
