"Staff were welcoming and polite. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It’s just a very tired hotel needing a renovation with some modernisation to keep up with the you know what your getting with premier in etc."

"I'd always wanted to stay as I'd passed the hotel many times. First, parking -you have to pay. Underground is £25, overground £13.50. Not good. Receptionist helpfully told me to move car from underground to save money. Went to get light lunch on cafe/bar in foyer. Lots of staff milling about but ..."
