"Beautiful 18th Century pub in quiet village location. Taken to room, lovely decor, big bed, bathroom was a little tired. Shower had no hot water when I tried at 4.30pm, thankfully had some the following morning. Had a wonderful night sleep, a shame some kind of breakfast is not included in the price. Welcoming staff and lovely locals. Would I stay again, yes. "

"Business/CPD trip. Everything i needed was on the premises. Staff on friday night were very busy, but always attend to your needs. Cottage was squeaky clean. Thank you sooo much! Lively and vibrant Pub (nice to see it so busy ☺️). Dinner and breakfast absolutely delicious. Service outstanding. Hope at some Point (er) 🐾🤩 i will have to come back. Thank you all the staff."

"Wonderful quirky 500 year old pub at Eton, literally a stones throw from Windsor Castle and environs, so an easy walk to everything. Great to have parking and the breakfast included was lovely. Very friendly staff behind the bar. Special feeling staying in a historic pub with its own character. Don't worry about the planes going overhead as they have a curfew in the evenings!!"

"This was one of the prettiest places we've ever stayed in. Breakfast was delicious and personalised, wonderfully renovated pub and hotel rooms. Staff were really friendly and great pub to enjoy a drink or eat in. Comfortable, quiet and extremely relaxing with added bonus of bath and sash windows which opened to look out at the front of the property. PERFECT!!"

"We had a two night stay here for our anniversary. Cannot fault anything. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and immaculately clean. Breakfast was a great experience lots of choices from cold and hot options. Lovely garden to sit and relax. Had a lovely walk along the canal. Overall a great experience. "

"Lovely property with all rooms within reasonable distance of the car park and reception. Very polite and highly trained receptionists. Room good size, nice coffee maker, clean fresh comfortable bed with nice pillows. Enjoyed trying out the Dyson hairdryer. Bath nice and long. Water was right temperature for bath or shower but it went cold a couple of times. Breakfast was very good I enjoyed both the buffet and full English. Maggie was particularly helpful and there was another...

"Just an overnight stay when travelling. Everything was very good including the evening meal. Would stay there again"

"Despite being a very old character property. The Ostrich Inn was well maintained. Easy parking for even a large vehicle. Had a great fish and chips that was served really quickly. Reasonably priced. Our room was clean with everything we needed. One bedside light was needing maintenance to be fixed and tge flexible shower needed tightening but otherwise all was good. Slept quite well, mattress a little too soft for our liking but all lovely bedding Would stay again."
