"The person manning the front desk did come and help us get our TV to work, which was nice but otherwise I really didn’t enjoy anything about this hotel. "Lisa at the front desk was very friendly and pleasant to chat/interact with, especially given my arrival at the property around 1:00 AM local time. "Our family stayed for 2 nights and we were not impressed. The property is in desperate need of renovations. Our room was okay but did not meet my standards of clean. The washroom needed a good scrub down and the shower curtain had a funky smell. The carpets were dirty and in need of a steam cleaning. We didn't use the pool because the water looked murky. "It was ok. The breakfast needs a little love. Coffee was fine. Nice to be able to use a real mug. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, etc. it would be nice to make the outdoor patio more appealing. The general area is extremely commercial. All in all, ok."
