"Parking and check in were simple. The room was not a Hilton but it had all of the amenities like a refrigerator, microwave and free tv , soap and shampoo. I would stay again."

"After visiting an awful hotel in Greece, we found this Taj Mahal! It is very clean, updated, quiet! The staff was very friendly. The breakfast is amazing. The room was spectacular. From this point on I won’t go anywhere else! They should be very proud of themselves"

"Slow check-in. The entire facility, including common areas and guest rooms, is dirty and worn out. It is so run down, with maintenance obviously negligible, it will take a major renovation to restore it to a 5 star hotel. All carpet is disgusting and should be replaced. One of the two elevators has been out of service for the last two days. I challenge anyone to look inside the elevators and view how beat up and dirty they are. "

"Shower was slow to drain, toilet did not flush the first time. We stayed two nights and expected the bed to be made and have fresh towels but were told that when they are too busy they do not do that! What am I paying for them? Breakfast and coffee were horrible. "
