But the manager was the boom she came out and conversated with my husband and I. She gave us water cause it was hot as you know the rest. She was a great people person. "The perk of this hotel is that it's new so it's modern and well maintained! Additionally, it's in an excellent location right next to the Kierland Commons. Keep in mind that the hotel is a business budget hotel, and the amenities are as such. I didn't use the pool or gym, but the gym looked well maintained with newer machines and the pool area looked small, but fine for a quick dip. The bedding was very scratchy and the mattress was very soft so my fiancé and I sank into it and found it...

"My stay here about a month ago was great. Stayed here to attend the collect-A-Con, which was within a short driving distance (Scottsdale West World) and at a great price. The staff was great also, especially the lady at the morning complimentary breakfast. Kudos to her, she was very helpful when I asked questions on the food options and even had some friendly conversation. Would recommend if looking for a weekend stay with friendly staff."

"Hey, I'm a real person who took a risk on this inexpensive stay, since it was just me. The property was not perfect, but completely liveable and comfortable. Not a sketchy area, no weirdos. The room I got had new fixtures, was actually clean, bed was comfy, water was hot and the a/c was icy. All I could have hoped for. Will gladly stay here again."

"Overall our stay was great. The location was ideal with easy access to Fashion Square and Old Town. The private beach and lake is giving “ I’m finally on vacation and the rest of the world can wait”. Unfortunately we did have a mishap with maintenance. We returned to the room and our AC had gone out (112 degrees that day). The crew responded quickly to replace the AC unit. We were on our way to a show and left before maintenance was finished. "Was in Phoenix on business and decided to stay here rather than the assortment of Marriott branded hotels I usually stay at near the airport as it was closer to where I needed to be. They came, picked us up and took us anywhere on the property we wanted to go and brought us back to our room. The entire property was clean, including our room. The food was fresh and tasted great.
