"Unfortunately there were crowds of families staying for traveling sports teams for kids. Pool area was unruly much of the time with kids being unsupervised by parents and or coaches. Hotel management was unable to maintain a comfortable atmosphere for other guests. Loud yelling jumping and ball throwing ruled the day . We would not stay here again based on these conditions. Too bad for Hilton not up to our expectations "

"Property of this hotel was nice, as was the lobby. The hotel was centrally located in a nice area, and the Staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast options were very mediocre. The room we were in was very beat up. All around the shower it looked as though someone repaired all around it, but never bothered to paint it to match the rest of the bathroom. The tiles were cracked and broken around the bathtub. Doors looked like they had holes in them and then patched very unprofessionally. ...

"The property is very beautiful, however, the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors talk, kids, doors slam, etc. Same for the cleaning ladies, they start early and it’s very noisy due to the thin walls. Having said all that. We do want to stay here again next year. Just have the expectation that it’s not quiet/peaceful. "

"The hotel was clean however it looked like it was falling apart. The elevator was sketchy a the “security” doors did not work so anyone could enter. The hot tub was not hot and did not work. My kids enjoyed the pool, that is probably the best amenity. The breakfast was cheap but the room was ok. The air worked great although it was loud. It was the economical choice for us and you get what you pay for. "

"Very clean rooms with a nice view of the country club and palm trees. Area is nice with a lot restaurant to dine in or grab a cocktail. The hotel also has a bar passing the lobby and pool. Receptionist was very helpful and polite."

"The hotel does NOT have a traditional reception, only an office, which limits service availability. For example, towel changes are only possible after 9 a.m. It felt unwelcome because NO coffee or water. The staff member, Ree Ree, was friendly and helpful and provided us with her office coffee maker after we discovered there was NONE in the room, despite it being listed in the Expedia booking. "Beside Scottsdale Airport 👍"

"This was a last minute book for a couple days in Phoenix area and then up to Flagstaff. It was an incredible trip, but the Kimpton stay was the highlight. They just remodeled and put us in a villa. It was a full bedroom bathroom, dining area and tv room with seating. The outdoor patio was beautifully designed and landscaped. Our unit also had a front gate and after opening it you could take 10 steps to another gate with one of who knows how many pools. They are everywhere. Great music plays...

"Property was beautiful, rooms were nice. My complaints are that our bathroom didn't have a fan, the water pressure in the bathroom sink faucet was very poor and the property’s WiFi is terrible. I had to keep my WiFi off the entire stay (4 nights 5 days) We stayed over March Break so it was extremely busy, the pools were very murky. Not sure if they’re always like that. I did love how the property had filtered water stations all over. We love Scottsdale and would try a different hotel next...
