" This 3-star hotel gave me many pleasant surprises. It’s only about a 4-minute walk from Principe Pio train station and within walking distance of the Royal Palace of Madrid. Plaza Mayor is also not far away, making the location very convenient. The 24-hour front desk service made my stay easy and comfortable. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was large as well. "We arrived late and check-in was easy. The rooms were tight but very clean and extremely quiet. The location was surprisingly convenient and easy to get to our destinations. We did not try the breakfast buffet but did enjoy drinks in the lounge in the evening. I got a kick out of the antique elevator and used almost every time!"
