"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Akaroa Waterfront Motels. Due to the time of year we were planning on the weather potentially being cold and wet - the extra $30+ dollars for the Water View room was well worth it. The rooms are about 4-5 meters from the sea. The spa and massage service was also worthwhile. Although the complex is old the rooms have been freshened up recently and they look good.
