"Loved the bungalow- great location, great layout, very clean and comfortable. We did not have an opportunity to use the amenities on the property like the pool and the restaurant was temporarily closed which we did not know in advance. No staff on site but all communication about check in received in advance was very clear and check in process online was easy, which was the one complaint I had read about in previous reviews. It is expensive, but I would recommend it as really enjoyed the...

"The hotel was really below average. Hard mattresses, the room AC seemed to change the room temperature on it's own. Breakfast was poor. Still in the shell hard boiled eggs and not fresh bread items. The coffee was not good and ran out frequently. The staff was not bad, but not good either."

"Everything was PERFECT. This was the best getaway from the city that I needed to stargaze.
Every one on site was so welcoming and friendly, the fire stays on pretty late, and the hammocks were amazing.
Our room was immaculate and the A/C was on when we got there and much appreciated! The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom has all the amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion) that smell clean and fresh.
If you’ve ever thought about staying here, please do. I can’t wait to go...

"First issue: No front desk staff when I was trying to check in. They have a kiosk where you can talk with someone remote (in India, I believe), but it is not a user friendly process, and they had no record of my reservation, so had to wait for the front desk person to finally arrive. The ‘kiosk people’ wanted to charge me more than double what the Expedia rate was when I booked.
Second issue: With no record of my Expedia reservation (made several months earlier), a manager had to be called...

"We enjoyed the patio views, and the pristine, minimal, and functional interior. The coffee was good according to my partner. I was sad to find no tea and it was difficult to get over my partner and out of bed for late night bathroom runs. I managed to use the exposed bed frame to inch my way along the wall. However, that balancing act was difficult in the dark. In general not for seniors unless they are agile."

"This motel uses bright colours to light the custom up in a desert town. It is not the best one, but unique one. I stayed in room 18 with a separate dinner room. I like my stay. Also thanks the staff for making everything convenient and replying to my questions at late night."
