The property manager was especially kind and shared many conversations. We hope to have another relaxing respite here soon! Thank you Tom, Kyle, and Julia!"

"Wasn’t an overly clean place to stay. Face clothes were grey. There was no daily service for fresh linens, towels, garbage removal. Soon as you got off the elevator on the third floor it smelt like cigarette smoke. Not even a complimentary bottle of water in the room when we arrived. Staff at the front desk weren’t overly friendly. No one was in the breakfast service area to replenish supplies or foods or wiping down towels."

We used the concierge service that was an additional $40 and worth it even for one night"

"The hall carpet was very dirty with stains.
The bathroom was terrible. The door came right in front of the toilet so you had to move to the side to open the door. And the shower was right next to the toilet, so there wasn't a lot of space to move to. Wall on one side of the toilet, shower on the other. I have never seen such a poor design."
